We place orders with our suppliers weekly to keep our own stock topped up and readily available on day to day items such as jean etc

Where Seasonal lines have sold out, or stock items are temporarily out of stock, we aim to update our website www.bigmen.co.uk daily to indicate this and will contact you ASP to advise of any possible delays.

YES – We like to keep things as easy and as straightforward as possible, so you can shop with complete confidence.

  • We offer a no-quibble returns policy if not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
    Where you select our Standard £2.99 delivery simply post your parcel back to us through your local post office and leave us to arrange your refund. Remember to obtain Proof of posting for your peace of mind as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.Or why not select our Tracked delivery at £4.99 and we even pay your return post costs and offer the option of a free exchange. Included in your parcel will be a Pre-printed returns label to make things quick and easy.
  • Orders sent outside the UK may be returned for a refund at the customer’s own cost. Please note we do not refund any shipping costs.
  • Simply return any items (excluding Socks/Underwear) you are not 100% satisfied with, and request either a refund or exchange, within 28 days of purchase.
  • Please note that regret for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of Underwear/Socks.
  • All items will be checked to ensure they are returned unworn, still have all labels intact, and free of cigarette smoke/pet hair/stains –  Please note we are unable to refund any items that have been worn or returned in a condition not suitable for general re-sale.
  • We send out exchange items Post Free within the UK

We Offer an Online Loyalty Reward Scheme, you earn 1 point per £1 spent and 20 points is worth £1 discount that can be used against future orders.

You do not require a Loyalty Card to shop online just stay registered as a Georges Customer. Points are credited automatically direct to your account every single time you place an order

Do not forget to also  ask about our In-Store Loyalty Reward Scheme next time you visit the shop – whilst not related to the online scheme, it is equally as generous for our regular shop visitors and we provide you with a Loyalty Card.

We are unable to transfer points between the online and instore schemes as they are not directly linked.
