We use/offer a combination of Royal Mail and Courier depending on weight and destination. One Simple flat rate applies to all postcodes including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore islands.
Most of our parcels leave by 'Tracked Delivery' for your peace of mind to ensure a swift and safe delivery.
UK Standard Delivery - £2.99 for orders under £25 (We aim to deliver within 3-5 Working days)
Low-cost standard delivery option available for orders under £25 sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery - Excludes free returns/exchanges.
UK Tracked Secure Delivery - £4.99 (We aim to deliver within 2-5 Working days) including free returns/exchanges.
Available free for orders over £99 sent via Royal Mail 48 or DHL tracked delivery for complete peace of mind.
Express Tracked Delivery - £8.99 (1-2 Working days) * Please note Conditions apply - Express delivery option available for Mainland UK Postcodes only.
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed Next Working Day
No Collections or deliveries Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays.
For all other destinations, we use Fully Tracked and Insured Couriers:
Ireland - £25.00 / Channel Islands - £20.00 (2 - 5 Days).
Europe / Australia / USA / Asia - from £25.00 using DHL International Express Courier.
Return
You can return any item with the exception of Socks/Underwear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Sale items may be returned for any reason for a full refund.
- Free returns are included with all UK orders.
- Please note we are unable to offer exchanges on Sale items.
- We only ask that any items returned and unworn and in the same condition as they were sent, suitable for re-sale.
