| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our Catalog by simply Clicking on the images that interest you. For any items that you wish to buy, simply Chose your Size & Colour from the drop down boxes, then click ' Add to shopping cart'. After you have finished browsing, click "CheckOut" and you will be able to view a list of those items chosen, and a total price. At this point you may still remove individual items, or Cancel your order if you wish. All that remains is to fill in some basic details we need to process your order swiftly. We accept Credit / Debit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Switch). For International Orders, your credit card company will convert the transaction to own currency. Where items ordered are Out of Stock we will endeavour to contact you asp. You will be notified of any delay by E-mail / Phone., and given the opportunity to take an alternative or refund if you prefer. Your right to Cancel your order. You can return any items to us within 10 days of receiving, without having to give any reason. Provided the goods are returned in an unworn and good condition, we will refund for those items or exchange as you prefer. | Shipping And HandlingAll Orders Within the UK MAINLAND are subject to a Shipping Charge at Standard Rate :£2 for small orders up to a maximum of £25£5 for all other orders.These are the Postal Charges for UK Mainland ONLY (& excludes 'Highlands' & 'Islands' of Scotland, Northern & Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Europe, Rest Of World) & are clearly shown on your order form BEFORE you complete your order. Simply select either 'Standard' or 'Overnight'. We may choose to use our Courier as a preffered method of delivery on certain larger orders, even when Standard delivery is selected, and you must assume you will need to sign for your goods - if there is any chance you may not be in to sign for your goods due to work commitments, school runs etc, PLEASE ENSURE YOU INDICTATE AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS WHERE THE PARCEL MAY BE LEFT IN THE 'SHIPPING NOTE' BOX AT THE END OF THE ORDER FORM - ideally a neighbours house number. Where requests are made to 'Leave parcel Safe eg in porch' unsigned for, we cannot be held liable for loss.For ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK the Standard charges shown above do NOT apply - ie Northern & Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Europe, Rest Of World (Excluding USA) & different charges will be applicable. Failure to do so may will delay the dispatch of your goods. - Parcels will be sent via fastest relevent Royal Mail service (usually Airmail) for smaller orders up to a maximum weight of 1.95kg when packed. Please select the Standard Basic Charge of £12 to cover packing, insurance & handling. See below for larger orders exceeding that weight (as a very rough guide more than two items) as a further charge will be made to your card after the order is packed in addition to this basic £12 paid at time of ordering. This cost will cover the actual cost of postage.- For larger orders Exceeding 2kg to REPUBLIC OF IRELAND goods will be sent by Courier. Please select the relevent drop down box indicating IRELAND at the set charge of £18 to cover packing, shipping & insurance by courier (approx 4 day tracked delivery) - For larger orders Exceeding 2kg to REST OF WORLD goods will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, & a further charge will be made in addition to this basic £12 rate to cover actual cost of postage as charged by Royal mail. Relevant Orders will be then become subject to standard Airmail regulations, and will be divided into more than one parcel to comply with weight restrictions. Airmail Shipping price is highly variable, dependent on Destination & Parcel Weight, and it is not possible to show this price at the time of ordering. A manual adjustment will made to the invoice at the time the parcel is packed, wherever additional Postal Costs are incurred. PLEASE NOTE: Overnight Delivery is NOT available outside UK Mainland. Please be advised that We cannot guarantee delivery time on any order being delivered outside the UK Mainland - please allow time for credit card clearance & airmail / local delivery. We regret that we are unable to ship to the States or Canada.POSTAGE CHARGES HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND - Regret that due to a substantial price increase by our couriers, we are no longer able to offer cheap courier delivery services to these areas. | Returns Policy All goods from your initial order may be returned for Refund or Free Exchange.We only ask that you Please ensure ALL items are returned to us within 14 days, in their Original Packaging & with all labels intact. Where Garments are not returned in a state suitable for general re-sale, refunds will only be made up to a maximum of 70% of the Value of the goods at our discretion.At present we do not offer a returns service - we sugguest Parcels be returned via Royal mail letter post. Any postal charges incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.We cannot accept liability for any goods lost / damaged in return transit - the sender must be responsible for pursuing any claims to this effect with the courier concerned.
